Life gets overwhelming, time isn’t always on our side, and schedules don’t always allow for hours spent at the gym. 
As 2 parents who have been raising littles while working, we understand how hard it is to make time for physical training. 
However, it IS possible, and we would love to talk with you about how to make it happen on your time! We both were of the "I don't have time or energy" mindset for YEARS before finally saying "enough." We'd had enough of feeling terrible, always being exhausted, and making excuses! You'll never hear us say it's an easy change to make, but making the change to prioritize our own physical and mental health was one of the best things we've ever done. The thing that helped the most was making SMALL and intentional shifts in our lifestyle! It doesn't happen overnight, but with time, consistency, and dedication, it can be done.

  • Easily communicate with your trainer to modify your workouts as needed. 
  • Accountability! Your trainer will help you stay on track with your fitness goals, and modify them when you need to make a change. 
  • Save your money! With online training, you'll save a little more of your money than you would with an in-person trainer.

  • Your trainer will take time to get to know you, your schedule, your history with exercising, and your goals. 
  • An individualized workout plan tailored to your access to equipment, abilities, schedule, and goals! 
  • Accountability with your trainer! You'll do weekly check-ins to help keep you on track. (And ZERO judgement if you fall off track! We will support all the ups and downs of your health journey, and help you get back on track!) 
  • Nutrition recommendations (we are not certified nutritionists, but we do have training in setting recommended nutrition goals!)
